USAGE LARICOL are used mainly in the footwear industry where they are employed as thermoreactivable adhesives.
The main advantages of these adhesives compared to the more economical types traditionally used are:
high adhesive strength and good flexibility
excellent resistance to oils, fats and plasticizers
high adhesion to a wide range of synthetic and natural materials such as PVC, EVA, PE, leather and, after suitable pretreatment of the surface, TR, SBR
good thermal resistance.
In the range of LARICOL, and according to the respective application needs, one can find products that, in various proportions, present characteristics such as green strength, open time, thermal resistance and a wide range of solubility in the most common organic solvents.
Therefore, can be added resins and/or inorganic fillers for improving green strength or for modifying the rheology, cross-linking agents to increase the thermal resistance, stabilizers of various types.
